: (1) To obtain the license, a person must submit it to the licensing authority or the officer designated by him within twenty-four hours from the time of obtaining such license.
(2) If it is considered that the hunting permit submitted to him in accordance with sub-section (1) has been obtained according to the permit, the authority issuing the permit shall return the entire body or the body of such wild animal to the person who submitted it, along with the prescribed amount. However, if the license is given on the condition that the whole body of the hunted wild animal or the whole body of the hunted animal is taken by the Government of Nepal, it will be subject to the same condition.
